Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will notify you via email as soon as your refund or exchange is processed.
